A low impact strength training class led by Desiree that focuses on aerobic exercise and provides a great foundational base for beginners in a non-judgemental environment

A more advanced resistance training class led by Carter that hits every major muscle group for full-body toning. Classes cycle between functional and strength training throughout the year

FLEX FUSION
Our 45 minute Flex Fusion classes are a full body stretch that incorporates yoga movement and props to help increase flexibility and strength.
This class is perfect for you if you are looking to:
